When you supply your content master, its always a bit fear inspiring to know if it will turn out exactly as you created it. We have a mastering Engineer on-site 24 /7 345 days a year to ensure that your discs are perfect when they come off the line. To put your mind at ease we have several stages that the master goes through prior to production.
These are:
- Eclipse reporting
( tests for master integrity, streaming compatibility and that all sectors are readable)
- Disc scan at the moulding station
(each disc passes quality standards from the moulder/replicator)
- Screen print scan
( all discs are checked as the come off the line for print anomoly and graphic issues)
In the rare occasion that a master fails and is rejected we keep reports to show the issues
Here is a typical automated email that is sent along with the report below from our quality control computer system indicating a failed master.

Just in case you are in a hurry or your engineer has overlooked something on the final master CD, you will be happy to know that CDman’s Quality Control department runs software compliance tests on every master, every spindle of discs and visually inspects every package as it leaves the assembly line. We produce your discs in state of the art, controlled environments, using the highest quality materials and manufacturing equipment. Security, anti-piracy and data handling is all done under strict regulation in our licensed production plants and mastering facilities.
“ CDman is North America’s replication solution.” Says Kelly Warren, The VP of Sales & Marketing here at CDman.com
“ Our manufacturing plants can deliver ISO9002 and Philips certified goods all over the world without issues. Most bargain operations are not ISO Certified or licensed (they do not pay the legally required royalty fees) and do not replicate in a 'clean-room', a hermetically sealed, dust-free environment. Dust can lead to upwards of 10% returns on your product. Is it worth the savings? No wonder CD sales are down. Quality isn’t important anymore…”
Since 1991, CDman has provided Government Agencies, Corporations, Independent Artists and Video producers direct access to our manufacturing plants that we DIRECT work for throughout North America. We are not a middle man & our customers appreciate our direct from the manufacturer pricing, our 100% satisfaction or your money back policy, and our attention to detail and customer service. Lets not forget about our technically sound; Philips and ISO certified CD, DVD & BluRay products.
We also offer unique customized solutions making use of green materials, renewable power sources and our factories are located in both the west and east coast of Canada and the USA making your delivery address closer, reducing your carbon footprint and offering substantial savings on shipping costs.
If you are in North America and would like to support local manufacturing and use greener materials call us ... right now... we're open.
Sincerely,
Chris Newton
