Paying For Your Order, Taxes and Shipping Charges

CDman provides 5 methods for you to pay for your order. Mark your choice on the Order Forms you downloaded in Step 1.

OPTION 1: CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Simply fill in your credit card information on your Order Forms and you're good to go. The CDman.com domain is a licensed subsidiary of Reel Picture Productions LLC. (San Diego) Charges for all CDman.com orders will appear on your statement as Reel Picture Productions LLC.

To protect against credit card fraud, all orders that are paid for by credit card must ship to the "BILL TO" address on the credit card. If you require us to ship your order to an alternate location you must call your bank and ask them to add a "temporary alternate shipping address" to your card. More details are written inside the Order Forms so please pay attention to that important information.

Clients outside of the USA and Canada must make payment by Bank Wire - see option #3 shown below. Credit Card payments cannot be accepted.
Payments exceeding $2499 requires a 3% service fee added towards your purchase price.

OPTION 2: COMPANY CHEQUE, CERTIFIED CHEQUE, MONEY ORDER.
No personal cheques please. We accept Company Cheques (OAC), Certified Cheques, and Money Orders. Please make all payments to Reel Picture Productions LLC.

OPTION 3: DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT (WIRE TRANSFER).
Please download our bank wire information PDF, forward to your bank along with the amount to be transferred. Once your bank wire has been sent, email orders @ cdman.com the amount of your transfer and the job title.

OPTION 4: PAYPAL
We can accept Paypal money transfers.  Just tell us you wish to pay by Paypal and you will be sent an email with instructions on how to pay.

OPTION 5: ON APPROVED CREDIT (O.A.C.).

Please note that CDman is not a bank or lending institution. Credit terms are available on a 'Net 15 Day' basis upon approval of a Credit Account Application (please contact us for the applicable Form).  

Taxes

Taxes quoted in emails are 'best guesses" and subject to changes and adjustments depending on the final placement of your order. CDman will review your location and charge the correct tax amounts at the time of your order placement.

U.S. Clients:   California residents will be charged for state taxes on short run duplication orders unless exempt.

Canadian Clients: HST is applicable to all Canadian orders. 

Unless otherwise stated in writing, shipping charges are not included in your quote. All products are quoted F.O.B. factory as per your sales agent. Please contact a CDman representative for a shipping estimate - you must supply your quote, full address and zip/postal code to get an accurate rate.
