Spot Colors On Paper

 If you wish to include spot colors in any paper portion of your job you need to keep a few things in mind.

Your paper printing and press plates will need to be specifically quoted for spot colors. Usually there is an additional charge per spot color added to your quote. Please call us at 1-800-557-3347 and mention you wish to be quoted for spot colors on your paper parts.

During the placement of your order,  you will need to declare the spot color names both in your files and on the special instructions section of the place order routine.

So if you were to write:

"cover = 4C + pms185 + pms1875" & back cover = 1C + pms185 + pms1875"

We would print the front cover as: CMYK + pms185 + pms1875.  A "4C" always indicates 4 color process (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) and then on the back cover we would print Black + pms185 + pms1875.  A "1" always indicates black (greyscale).
